The ZigBeeTM USB dongle is a high performance, low power 2.4GHz ISM band transceiver and can perform digital data exchange between the air medium and the USB port of a host computer. Based on a 805.15.4 compliant DSSS transceiver it adds wireless network capability via the ZigBee standard to any device which employs USB. The dongle is available as network coordinator, network router or sensor-sink device versions, thus enabling its integration into existing or the formation of new wireless mesh networks. |
